As part of the Go Digital ASEAN initiative funded by Google.org, Quack spearheaded the development of a digital literacy app for entrepreneurs and micro, small, and medium enterprises in Laos.

In addition to creating and implementing a comprehensive work plan, Quack identified and engaged with various app developers, securing quotations for consideration by the client and ensuring a tailored solution. The design of the app was complex, due to it featuring multiple levels and languages, and utilizing gamification to maintain an entertaining approach. In collaboration with another key partner, Quack wrote and edited app copy and educational content, maintaining alignment with project goals.
