In collaboration, Quack and STELLA executed a comprehensive survey on Lao youth’s higher education and workforce preparedness, the results of which are available to be used in the design and execution of various development activities.

After referencing earlier studies and researching other regional attempts at gathering similar information, the survey questions and approach were established. A tiered system of surveyors was implemented and involved 40 volunteers who collected data from 1,515 respondents across 13 high schools, six colleges, and three universities in three major cities.

The information was digitized, analyzed, interpreted, and condensed into a detailed 60-page report that included insightful findings and actionable recommendations.
